I’ve sold an item to someone and they’ve paid via PayPal. As soon as the item arrived, they opened a dispute saying they’ve been scammed and PayPal have done their investigation and given them a refund??? I’ve obviously now without my shoes that I’ve sold and PayPal have taken the money off me. What do I do from here? It’s impossible to get through to PayPal as all their lines are closed so I’m stuck right now.
