I need to contact TELUS to see if I can get tracking details for items that I returned. I have been reimbursed for the postage but PayPal want the tracking details which I am unable to provide due to me being in the Scottish highlands in a camper an and unable to access my home pc to get the details to send to PayPal. I furnished the tracking numbers and postage costs when I claimed postage for the returns but didn’t realise I would also have to give them again in the resolution process. PayPal will not extend the timescale until I get home on 20th September😰
