Unauthorised Activity

I have unauthorised activity on my account and have been trying for several hours now to report this in the resolution centre.

I click on the item/activity press continue and get the message that says "We can not open a case for this type of transaction".

The activity is showing as pending will this make a difference

Please does anyone have any ideas what else I can do.

I also sent a secure message to paypal but have heard nothing back from them either.
