Retrieving my money from a limited account

The problem is that I am a UK registered company and I signed up for a Business paypal account not realising it had to be a company registered in Spain (I now live in Madrid.) Clients have paid into this account and I have it connected to my Spanish bank account but when I try and transfer the money into my bank account it will not let me because first it said the account is limited and now it says they can't do business with me. I have no problem cancelling the account, I just need to get my money out of it. I did get one email saying they needed more personal id info because my passport was too bright - but there was no information as to where or how to send the id info to them, and it was from a no reply email address. Does anyone have a way I can actually contact someone and have them respond, or know where/how to submit the additional id information? Thanks so much, Barbara
