Just as it says, I did a job, and the scammer/client went behind my back and disputed the charge, which I did not see among all the spam I get. I do not see how I cannot reopen the matter, since I never had a proper chance to respond. 7 days is not enough time for a response. Is there anything I can do here?

Client called me back turned out not to be a scam at all, but an issue with THEIR bank, which charged back the transaction. Client says I will get payment back, but now how will the chargeback charge be dealt with?
