Scam sellers

Anybody know of these sites sikmamall.com and mojietusale.com, l have ordered some items from these sites and paid through Paypal and had no paypal notification that a payment has taken place but the money has been taken from my bank acc and l've tried contacting them but no reply

I have bought from Sikmamall.com, pay by PayPal, the website seems to be no longer operational, I have claimed the claims center, the recipient of the money is CHINESE ACUPUNCTURE AND HERBS, INC, it appears in Google as a small local business in California, It could be a fraudulent sale, I think.
