Everyone look out for Machi Information Technology Co., Ltd. They are 100% scammers I was sent a small rubber ball, that cost maybe $2 if not less. The item I paid for was a motion ball that moves around on its own for your pet. The ball I got sent is a different size and color and does not move on its own, it is worthless. I have been in an open dispute since September. Paypal first made me file a police report over $30 and now are asking me to pay to ship the item back to china. Since this company sent out an item, paypal wont refund me. The shipping cost alone is more than the refund. So I am writing this in hopes that I save someone the trouble I am going through trying to be refunded when I clearly got scammed. You can even follow this link to see that they have done it to other people.<removed> But since they sent me something and have tracking proof paypal has sided with them. So amazing to provide tons of info and proof and still be told that you wont be getting you money back.

Who did you contact? The put a big "Respond" button next to the denied claim, but of course, they give you no way to respond. How are these people still in business?

PayPal scammed me also. Chinese company said they sent my order. They used a bogus tracking number from an order that was sent somewhere in my city and said it was sent. The postal service pulled up the video of the delivery and said they see it being delivered up the hill. I don't have a hill. When I gave her my address she said..."oh no, that's not where this was delivered". Paypal wanted a printed letter saying it wasn't sent to my home. I told paypal i was recently put on oxygen 24/7 and I just can't pack up and leave whenever to pick this up. They closed the dispute before I could get the letter emailed to my home. Now they refuse to reopen it and help me. I'm out $80. I will never trust Paypal again.

Paypal can't be trusted, that's nothing new. They fall into the "necessary evil" category as far as I'm concerned. In my case, they accepted a UPS tracking, with no name, no address just a city. I ordered a 26 pound printer. The "tracked" package weighed 4 ounces. Anyone with a double digit IQ can see what's going on. I know, for a fact, that Paypal has a legal duty to make a reasoned decision, but obviously none of us can afford to fight this corrupt behemoth. I only hope that some lawyer will begin a large class action suit. I like their chances. I'll be the first to sign up.
My next step is the credit card company. Hopefully, they have someone there can can see through this very transparent scam.

I just got it too, It was an RC airplane. They shipped a small metal model of an airplane. worth maybe $5 if anyone actually wanted it. Paypal has been no help and despite all the evidence including the online advertisement, will only refund if i send it back at a cost of probably $40. Pay Pal has to be complict.

Beware of Danceage limited. They are an unverified PayPal user. They provide a fake tracking numbers and PayPal will side with them. I have emails from the post office to prove the tracking numbers are fake and PayPal still sides with the scammer and would not even look at the evidence! I had using PayPal for decades but will never again because they are not protecting us from these scams.
