Review Process on Account Limitation

Hi! PayPal limited our accounts and asked for documents, we submitted and they acknowledged to review for 5 days. After 5 days, they said 7 days. After 7 days, they said 10 days. After 10 days, now it's 15 days. Has this happened to anyone? And if it did, can you please share how to resolve this issue? The Customer Support is not giving any reasons at all. Please, I badly need to solve this out and get the funds for salary and also to get started with my clients projects. Thank you.

Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.

 

If you want to try contacting for an update then.........

 

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
