@FreshBaked I am also having issues and I don't get consistent answer from the Customer Support. Everytime I follow up, I get different answers in regards to the time line and when the review process will be finished. I am so so in deep trouble if I don't get the money / account limit lifted up. @zarut I see. Location matters. My business is Virtual Assistance to US-based clients that's why we use PayPal. What happened to the lawsuit if I may ask? I've no ways to do the same even if I want to. This is really affecting our business that is why I had to look in the PayPal community on how I can resolve this problem. I see you're in the USA while I'm in the Philippines. My clients are in the USA as we do Virtual Assistance for them in subscription, thus the use of PayPal.Does location matter? I am running out of patience that's why I had to check for similar cases in the Community. I truly appreciate your response. But still, I'm scared to hell they may not release the money. ... Review Process on Account Limitation

Hi! PayPal limited our accounts and asked for documents, we submitted and they acknowledged to review for 5 days. After 5 days, they said 7 days. After 7 days, they said 10 days. After 10 days, now it's 15 days. Has this happened to anyone? And if it did, can you please share how to resolve this issue? The Customer Support is not giving any reasons at all. Please, I badly need to solve this out and get the funds for salary and also to get started with my clients projects. Thank you. ... View more

Hi! May I ask how you solved your problem? I am currently having the same problem. What's worrying me is that they said review in 5 days but when 5 days ended, their Customer Service said 7 days and then now they are saying the review is 10 days. This is alarming me.
