I recieved a faulty product that was guaranteed or your money back. So I returned the item and then contacted the company I bought the items from who after long periods of time on hold, told me they refunded the $69.95 to my pay pal account which they lied. So I told pay pal about this and they won't do anything about it. I'm out $69.95 plus I paid $18.95 to USPS to ship the items back. But paypal says there is nothing they can do.

If you'd funded the PP transaction with a credit card, then you can try filing complaint with the CC company.
