Hello,
I purchased the other day item listed on Face book marketplace using buyers protection from private seller.
It came incomplete and I messaged the seller on FB asking to provide the other parts. In the end he agreed to take the item back so now I need to post it to him. Obviously I would send it recorded delivery but I'm confused how safe is it for me to send it back to him? Problem is that I can't locate on my papal any option to request return of item (like if you purchase from a shop) instead it has only "If there's a problem, please contact the seller through PayPal by..." There is no way of contacting seller via PayPal unless I open dispute. I tried to contact Paypal but the messaging service is not answering for nearly 3 hours now. How do I return the item for safe refund? Many thanks!
