Returned goods but no refund.

Hello

This is terrible. I thought if you use Paypal there is some sort of protection. I returned the goods as agreed, the case is closed and no refund was issued to me. It is despicable. How can they close the case without any evidence of refund? I am devastated by Paypal and by the HoiKong the supplier. They sent me the wrong items for money spent on another.
