I ordered a purple jacket and it was too small and not the same color as shown in the add. The seller said they would refund the money if I returned the jacket by September 29. I paid $49.98 for the jacket would have cost me $60+ to return it to seller in China. I have tried to get in touch with PayPal or the seller with no luck. The case was closed once and PayPal reopened it because I did respond before the deadline. Now the new deadline is tomorrow what do I do? I tried messaging PayPal no answer, I tried calling well you know the answer to that one. Don’t know what to do!
