Return item to seller but seller not refunding me

I have return the item by Canada post to seller, but seller still haven’t refunded me. I open a case through PayPal but they need some documentation for proof I sent it back, I gave them the tracking number but they still not accepting it. How do I get my refund back ASAP?

If tracking shows online as 'delivered' back to the seller then you should get a refund.

Give customer services a call............


Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
