Hi, I recently purchased an item from ebay but have now discovered the item was not up to the job/use it was listed for and was actually meant for something completely different.
The seller accepts no returns so ebay will not help, what can I do now?
Seller may say no returns on Ebay but if you file a dispute for item received but not as described and ebay find in your favour then they may be forced to send you a shipping label and have the item back for a refund...........so as in that scenario the seller pays return postage then i would try an ebay dispute first.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
