Return address provided doesn't exist

A receiver phone number will be required to ship these items back.

The cost will be over $55.  Will that also be refunded since these items have a “lifetime warranty” and were damaged and defective upon arrival?

The return address provided is indecipherable.  Is it United Kingdom or China???

When I google just the Chinese part of the address, it doesn’t exist and asks if I meant:

Did you mean: <removed> Shenzhen, China 5180000

Return shipping address that was provided:

<removed>

Shenzhen, China 5180000

TW9 1EH

United Kingdom

I didn't receive a delivery note with my parcel of a shoddy item that was six sizes too small. Partial address on label led to a ceased trading company in northern England.  Phone number provided when I first tried to return did not exist.  Paypal instructed me to return the item to Bratislava in Switzerland???  Non existent postcode. Paypal now closed down the case as I have not provided a sent tracking number.  Beware Lacy Bra Company.  https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/thelacybra.com

I also am having this problem as this address is invalid and I can not return the two defective devices from this company that were delivered defective, which came individually wrapped in a thick plastic. Paypal gave me a due date that I have to submit by with a mail tracking number or my resolution case will be cancelled.  I am out my $214 that I paid for these Arctic Air Air Coolers that I purchased, not to mention that the post office will not mail my parcels to an invalid address, so I can not obtain a mail tracking number.

There is no answer from a live person just an automated message about Covid and service, then the line went dead. I sent some messages earlier this week with no reply as of yet. I typed responses to the Paypal Assistant and it ended with it typing, unable to upload your responses. I trusted Paypal to come through and I am hoping they still will come through and refund my $214.

Keep trying it took me hours to finally get through to a person. The phone answering system is awful and after getting a call back it disconnected and I had to start over grrr. Finally I did reach a person and he said that they connected the company again giving them three days to give correct address - I also said it isn’t worth paying to return to China as the cost is too high and I shouldn’t have to pay to return for a fraudulent non working fake so I want a postage paid return. He agreed with me but didn’t actually say it would happen. He did say that if they don’t reply in the time given PayPal will refund my $212. I hope this is correct.

I just finally after 3 months did receive a refund for these same products after the company didn’t respond to give a new address that is valid. I would have fought farther as I wasn’t paying to return them when they were defective and a fraud. So be sure to file a dispute and then upgrade to a claim to get your refund. It takes time and effort unfortunately but in the end I did get that refund.

I am facing the same issue here. I was giving two return different addresses in different countries. Based on the information provided by google, one is listed as nonspecific and the other has an alternative location which leads nowhere.

Paypal: <removed> District Shenzhen, China 5180000

      TW9 1EH United Kingdom

Google maps: <removed> District Shenzhen, China 5180000

Same thing happened to me.  I finally got my money back from Sable, and got $30 back from Paypal for return shipping.  I had to fight tooth and nail to do this, and it took nearly 4 months.

Here's what I did/timeline.  I can't remember all the conversations and dates, because there were so many of them, but I'll try.

  • Purchased the item 7/8
  • Arrived damaged
  • Filed a dispute with Paypal on 8/8
  • Dispute resolution date kept getting pushed farther and farther back, so I started asking Paypal Message Center about it.  I basically had to demand my money back.
  • Seller asked for a video of the broken item.  I refused (through Paypal) and told them to refund my money.
  • Seller told me to ship the item back to them, and sent a bogus mailing address.  It included a zip code with too many digits, listed both China and the UK, and didn't include the province.
  • I told Paypal I wasn't paying for shipping to send a broken item to a bogus address.  They gave me a claim for return shipping up to $30.
  • I looked up the address online, and found the correct zip code and province.  I prepared a Paypal shipping label through http://paypal.com/shipnow (this link is extremely hard to find).  Pull down on the country box for China.  The address I shipped it to was:
    • Sable Services LP
    • <removed> Shenzhen Guangdong
    • CHINA
  • I packaged up the item, took pictures as I packaged it up, including the final shipping address label.  This was on 10/3.  Cost $40.85 for First Class International Mail.  First Class international mail has higher weight limits than domestic international mail.  It is enough for at least 1 of these broken AC units.
  • I uploaded my pictures and shipping label verification to my refund claim on 10/3 (Saturday night)
  • Took the item to the post office on Monday morning.  The company (Sable) refunded my money on Monday 10/5 night.
  • Now I had to fight to get my shipping reimbursed.  I uploaded the documents to the claim (under the return shipping link Paypal added to my claim).  Their policy says it will be reviewed within 5 business days, and I was eligible for up to $30.
  • 5 business days passed, so I started contacting Paypal in the Help Message center again.
  • Finally they said they had no record of my return shipping claim, and told me to email to <removed> directly.  I did that on 10/21.  BTW, Paypal won't let me post this email address directly here in the message center, so you need to remove the spaces before and after the @ symbol, and remove the space before the .com.
  • I was finally refunded $30 return shipping on 10/28.
  • So I am out $10.85 on shipping, but that's better than $78 for the broken piece of crap.
  • To date, my item shipping says still in transit to China, and my return shipping claim (linked to the Paypal transaction) says still in review.

Hope all this helps someone else.  Lesson learned - never buy something through a sketchy looking website.
