Disputed claim refused

I raised a claim for a purchase that has not been received. The seller provided a tracking number which shows the item was delivered to my local sorting office. It never got to me, no red card left. I tried the online tracking assistant which shows the postcode on the parcel is different to my home postcode so they didn’t know where to deliver it.  Royal Mail keep parcels for 30 days before returning them to seller.

 

paypal have now closed my case in  the buyers favour, so he gets my money and also the goods once they are returned.

 

is there anything else I can do or is it possible to speak to anyone at PayPal.
