I hope someone in community can help how to solve the issue.
I used to live in Australia in 2011, moved out in 2012. I have resigned on my visa etc.
Since two years my account is restricted and I cant reach my money.
Since one year! I am writing with PayPal, everytime different person writing me back and completely no help.
I have a message stating that I have to transfer my funds and close the account- I would love to!
Still as I cant change "country" in the address field, I can not provide new address to Paypal.
I tried manualy, sending out my passport, copies of visa etc. always someone from Paypal seems to understand everything, but it never comes to what step to take to transfer funds?
