I am not able to confirm my address.

Hello, I already have a german paypal account but wanted to make one for my australian bank account, so when it asked me my country of resident i picked australia. now i can not confirm my address, since i do not have an official address in australia. but i can also not change my country of resident. i transferred myself money from my german to my australian account over paypal and now i have no access to it. i would like to know how i can handle the situation, since i can not even transfer it back, it is just stuck in my paypal account. thank you:)

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You can not use another countries paypal account if you are not living in that country. If you do then you may have problems and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
