ì have been trying to contact paypal for weeks now.... no result. stupid messenger bot is never able to transfer me to a agent...
the problem i have for months now:
i always add money with Ideal because its on there within 10 seconds.
since months i cannot add any money to my account through ideal because my account is "restricted"
according to the helpcenter i should go to the "resolution center" and then "account limitations" and upload files etc etc....
..... there is no tab "account limitations"
in the past couple of months i have tried to make 2 new accounts....
they take my money, my money leaves my bank account but it never arives at my paypal and ends up back on my bankaccount after a day or 2
what can i do to use my paypal account again
