Restricted account without anything in resolution center

Hi,

 

My account is not officially restricted, but I can't change personal info, make money transfers and my subscriptions are cancelled.

There is nothing to 'resolve' in the resolution centre:  0 active and 0 closed. 

 

There is still money on the account & I need it back. 

How do I fix this? 

 

Customer service stopped reacting to my messages.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
