Resolving a dispute when item not delivered

Hi I ordered an item on 30/07/20 it never arrived, opened a dispute with PP but have been passed from pillar to post. I contacted the seller who said it was on its way and gave a company called Yung Express and a shipping number I passed this to PP since then all I have had is they had contacted the seller and were reviewing the situation, this started on the 27/08/20 they keep giving an end date but then add 3-4 days on when it’s due.

I have seen on this forum that other people have had the same problem only they have received the item whereas I have nothing.
