Upon purchase for a product via facebook and being sent to paypal, I made payment and got receipt via email which was fine although it showed no eta of my product. The payment shows on my personal account but not on PayPal account. I don't know how to sort this in the resolution centre as my transaction does not show. How do I make a claim with just an email?? Still not received item after 10 weeks. Please help
