Resolution

I have an active resolution and need to add information to it.  Every time i try I get put in a circle and am unable to add.

Do you mean you have opened a dispute and its still in the dispute phase OR you have escalated it to a claim?

It has been escalated and I really would like to add a comment about it.  Just cannot figure out how.

Any information has to be added in the dispute phase, once escalated to a claim then you can't add anything further unless paypal requests it and sends you a link to upload that information.
