I’m trying to “report a problem” in the resolution centre but the transaction I’m trying to report is not showing as it doesn’t go far back enough , it was a depop purchase I’m looking to dispute and their website says they can dispute if it’s within 180 days which it is but the system doesn’t go far back enough how do I get around this please?
