Hi @Lafayette0,
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
If you've received an email from us to resolve something in the Resolution Center but there're no steps provided, you may have received a fake email. Fake emails, also known as phishing emails, attempt to collect your personal and financial information. These fake emails often link to fake websites that encourage you to enter personal information such as credit card numbers, passport or driver’s license numbers, and account passwords. Here's how to spot and report fake emails: https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq438.
If it's our email notification, I would suggest contacting us via Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/PayPal/, Twitter - @AskPayPal, email or phone and we would be happy to assist you.
