I filed unauthorized access to my PayPal then realized I charged item so I contacted merchant who told me the didn't send my item because PayPal blocked them but they got my money so asked them to just send me refund since they didn't send me the item I payed for n they never answered another email. Resolution cent won't let me file for refund now cuz I had filed on this merchant before
