Our account is frozen due to "you have an account alert??

All of the Identity of Confirmation Dashboard items are checked and green and have been for months. Emails to Paypal have been ignored and calling in has resulted in being on hold for over an hour with no answer. Any suggestions?

Thanks Sharpiemarker,

 

I tried the Facebook contact. I have been told that the emails have been elevated, but I still haven't heard back since yesterday.

 

TO be honest we are looking at other payment options as Paypal is obviously not a good one anymore. It doesn't work, and there is no support. I don't know of any business that can wait weeks with no response when they can't make any transactions.
