This is ridiculous … you have extended this case four times now. You have all the necessary information to make a decision and yet you continue to state “ waiting for sellers reply’ or “reviewing the information supplied say the seller”. I find this unacceptable being that the seller can not prove the item was successfully delivered…which it was not! Yet, you continue to extend this case. RIDICUILAS!
