Sometimes clearing your history/cache and re-booting the computer will clear the fault.

Failing that have you tried another browser or device?

If all else fails then give c.s. a call and ask them to open one for you.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

The Resolution center is a joke and is only there to try and keep your money at all costs for themselves not for a seller!!!

Leave PayPal!!!

This is not my experience. Each time I’ve needed a refund, I have been polite and firm with the vendor, and have engaged PayPal only as a last resort. I’ve always been treated fairly

You’re coming from the perspective of a seller. I’ve always been Buyer and have had no problems
