HI
Just wondering if anyone can help. Back in July I bought some goods. Not as described etc. Went to Resolution centre and they agreed with me and said send goods back in August 20th. I arranged for next day and they were signed for. Since then I have heard nothing. Had no money etc no communication apart from through message centre where they say this is being dealt with by Back Office Team. Every time its been pushed back. Now this morning I get an email saying send the goods back as they agree to pay the full value. I've already done this and now cannot seem to get through to anyone about this.
Is there a phone number email address where I can speak to someone or has anyone any help they can give
