The resolution center doesn't work. I need to response on a dispute case. But after I entered the text and uploaded screenshots, I can't submit it.
It just keep saying "Let's try again. Something wrong on our end. I've tried different browsers, using mobile...etc. Nothing worked. And can't find a PayPal person to help. Can someone please help?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
