Hi. I ordered and paid almost £ 40 for the item. Seller does not respond to e-mails, e-mail address probably does not exist. It's a big amount for me. it was supposed to be a present for the children. I have been deceived. How can I get my head back? because the seller cannot be contacted

If you still haven't received the merchandise from the seller, I recommend filing a dispute on the payment.
