Can't withdraw the money after the 180 days. Paypal are Thieves.

So I got the email saying my funds can be transfered right. I added the Iban, confirmed the phone number, email address.
It went on a loop, did the same about 3 times.
Decided then to add a second bank Iban, to see if it's working, same, went on a loop confirming it over and over.
Now, I can't do it anymore, seems like it was flagged and can't even try.
Paypal is the worst of the worst, they will get these things to happen on purpose to make your life hell trying to get what's yours.
So it's been the 180 days and I can't still get my money.
