Hi there I just talked to the seller and couple of days ago he agreed on a refund but I still haven’t gotten the money.

Contact the seller and ask where is your refund and wait a couple days more. You have 180 days from date of payment to open a dispute. If you do not hear back, you can file the dispute through the payment transaction.
