Hi, I payed to the person 90€ for shoes, but I was waiting for a long time and he deleted chat on messenger. I want to get refund.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your shoes. I recommend filing an Item Not Received dispute. If you have any questions on the process, I recommend reviewing this Help Center article: How do I open a dispute with a seller?
