Refund for a completed payment

Hi i just go to my account PayPal and I go to my history of payment of Skype hannabel and I just check I think my account is hack can you plz give me a refund help me !! 😞

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and the 'report a problem' link is at the bottom of that 'details' page.

If your account was hacked and the transaction was unauthorised then use that option asap.
