Refund denied

I had to cancel my transaction with someone. She had went ahead and ordered off of her Scentsy website when she originally posted online she was selling stuff she had in her home, not off of her website. I messaged and said I needed to cancel, she said that I would have to receive the package and then return it to her to get my refund. We went back and forth between June and August about the refund after I had sent the package back. She accused me of not sending the package to the correct place. I have proof that she told me to send it to the address on the box which is a factory, not her personal address. I filed a dispute which has been denied which doesn't make sense because I cannot pay for something like this. I returned the products and never got my refund. Paypal has now charged my account and it's in the negative. I literally dont see how paypal can deny this refund request because I shipped my products back and this other woman is clearly lying about me not doing so. Any idea of what else I can do to get my money back?

missyliss , best of luck with this one , I had a good case for a refund because the seller claimed the item had been delivered , giving three different times/dates for item having been delivered , yet they could not tell me who the courier was , so how did they check tracking ?. This evidence was not taken into account and I lost my claim .
