Hi @claritap1936

Welcome to our Community!

In such a case, we would recommend that you reach out to the merchant in order to make a payment to them. You will find the merchant's contact details in the original transaction in the activity section of your account.

Thanks

How long should I wait for a response and hold my refund amount for?

Wait for your refund to get back to you, easy enough to pay again if the item arrives and you are happy with it.
