Received unordered envelope with unknown contents

As with other posts I saw, I too received an unknown thingamabobs in an envelope from "Jon" at <removed>

I don't even know what the patches in plastic bags are. This person is definelty a scammer, beware!

Yes. I received a package from Jon too. I wanted a large cat house, instead I got a tiny wooden $1.00 bird house. I dispute it to the company I ordered it from and they sent me a refund. I will not order it from there again.
