I recently lost a dispute through the resolutions center as they say that I received what was sent. And in my email / message I lodged, I stated that I received an item, but it was nothing like what I paid for. I never got to rebuttle the sellers information, was never asked for any forms of proof of which I have videos from their site, of what I wanted. Is it possible to appeal a resolution centers decision. Cannot find anywhere to email or anything. Help?
Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item which a seller would win if they could provide trackable proof of delivery OR did you open a dispute for item received but not as described ie wrong item.
