I also got information from my local.post office that I cant post anything to china due to Coronavirus. I am trying to.reach paypal before the cancellation date but no response
If you paid by credit card, consider disputing it through card issuer instead and forego the PayPal dispute. Once you dispute via card though, the PayPal case closes and can't be reopened.
