Random 75$ charge on my visa gift card from a random paypal account.

So I just bought a 75$ visa prepaid gift card today and when I went to buy something I was told that I didn't have enough. So I checked my balance using theperfectgiftcard website and I found a charge for 75$ had been made to what looks to be a paypal account. My issue is that this card has not been linked to my paypal in any way and I only ever tried to purchase thing. Any ideas on how to cancel the payment?

Try to contact the merchant if possible and let them know of the fraudulent transaction, they can issue a refund or...report it to the card issuer as fraudulent through their website or calling they customer service number. The purchase was likely done at a merchant that accepts PayPal hence the mention of PayPal at all.
