Questions for politically exposed people

Hi i have had this come up on my account all of a sudden and its now limited, i've never been in any political party.  im very confused, has anyone else had this problem, did it get resolved ?

Yes, I received this notification today. Answered the question and it will take up to 5 days to get my account back to normal though I can still receive payments and deposits.

I had recently opened up a claim on a transaction that had not gone through so it may be linked to that. Had you done such prior to this coming up on your account?
