I have the same problem. It's been over 3 weeks and inspite of submitting all proofs there is no solution in sight.
There is no answer, telephone support is gone. Email support is not responding after the initial responses which were quite boilerplate. They just repeated the same thing over and over.
When I pointed out, the solution they suggested is not available in the resolution centre, they stopped responding.
