I didn't receive a item I bought for over a month. Filed a claim they sent me a tracking number saying it's on the way. Item arrived is a piece of plastic I didn't order. Full scam I paid for a Xbox one and received a 2 dollar plastic toy in the mail attached to that tracking number. What do i do. Can't reach anyone on PayPal. Due to covid 19.
