I bought something on Facebook and paid with PayPal. Unfortunately, when I went to pick the items up, no one nor the items where there despite the agreement. In Messenger, the person removed themselves from the group so I could not get a hold of them. Their name is common. The house of pick up is a bit far so I can’t keep going back. I got cheated. What can I do about this? I tried to appeal to PayPal and FN but the closed my case and determined no unauthorized use - I don’t know how they came to that conclusion when I paid but did not receive the goods Thank you
