Complaint against PayPal

 have been waiting for months now and I have lost count. I have tried reaching out via their email and tried calling but never got a response about my dispute. It's not at all advisable to use PayPal since they have nobody working even online. This absurd. I might have to email SEC about this! Has anyone received any response from PayPal at all? They should provide a notice to the public if they are not managing the system. Perhaps just close the account if I'm not too worried that my money will be on limbo if they suddenly have system issues.
