I filed a dispute for an unauthorized transaction on 2/23 and 2/25. The disputes are still under "being reviewed" I haven't heard anything back and have not received a provisional credit. Normally in the past when I have filed a dispute they usually issue me a provisional credit the next day. Any thoughts on why they haven't issued a credit or why it is still in review? Also, normally how long do they review disputes?
