Proof of Address

Hi there everyone,

I'm having an issue with my Paypal account, recently I received a notification asking me to provide "Proof of Address", it wants me to load one of the following documents:

1) Statement from Canada Revenue Agency

2) Tax Return/Assessment

3) Student record statement

4) Canada Revenue Agency  tax receipt

Now, the issue is that I don't have any of these documents. I opened my Paypal account using my Canadian bank account, I lived in Canada for a few months but I'm not a Canadian citizen nor I live in Canada. 

I am an online teacher who lives abroad, South America. How can I solve this issue? I would hate to have my account blocked since it is a pivotal part of my ability to invoice my students.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.
